Run logon scripts synchronously This policy setting directs the system to wait for logon scripts to finish running before it starts the File Explorer interface program and creates the desktop. If you enable this policy setting, File Explorer does not start

이 정책 설정은 파일 탐색기 인터페이스 프로그램을 시작하고 바탕 화면을 만들기 전에 로그온 스크립트가 종료할 때까지 시스템에서 대기하도록 합니다.
이 정책 설정을 사용하면 사용자가 작업을 시작하기 전에 로그온 스크립트 처리가 완료되지만 바탕 화면이 늦게 나타날 수 있습니다.
